Bassie en Adriaan (Bas en Aad van Toor) zijn een Nederlands artiestenduo dat
vooral bekend werd door de gelijknamige televisiereeks die liep van 1978 tot 1996
bij de Nederlandse en Vlaamse publieke omroep, en daarna nog veelvuldig
werd herhaald. Bassie was een clown en Adriaan een acrobaat.
In 2003 hadden zij hun laatste gezamenlijke (theater)tournee.

Chateau Meiland is een Nederlandse realitysoap, over het dagelijkse leven van de familie Meiland, die in Nederland uitgezonden wordt door SBS6 en in België eerst door VIJF en later door Play5. In 2019 won het programma de Gouden Televizier-Ring.
In december 2019 werd het programma uitgezonden onder de naam Kerst op
Chateau Meiland en in december 2020 en december 2021 onder de naam
Kerst met de familie Meiland.
